Comprehensive Tenancy Agreement

Ohmes will pay promptly – and for all managed properties, direct into the client’s nominated bank account on a specific day of the month.

Regular Inspections, Visits and Reports
For all our managed properties, the Ohmes Property Management team carry out bi-annual inspections. In addition to this, where there is a problem, our trained staff will attempt to rectify it
at nil cost to the Client. We will only call on the client if it is not containable.

Video inventories
