Comprehensive Tenancy Agreement
Ohmes use the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) recommended tenancy agreement. This is in line with recent legislative cases.

Prompt Rental Payments
Ohmes will pay promptly – and for all managed properties, direct into the client’s nominated bank account on a specific day of the month.

Regular Inspections, Visits and Reports
For all our managed properties, the Ohmes Property Management team carry out bi-annual inspections. In addition to this, where there is a problem, our trained staff will attempt to rectify it at nil cost to the Client. We will only call on the client if it is not containable.

Video inventories
We strongly recommend that an inventory of your property be carried out. Ohmes carry out a video record of all key items in the property as standard. This prevents any disputes at the end of the tenancy.
